The Passing of time, like any other conscious thought is something that we often think is not within a person’s control. However in the biblical scriptures, God seems to control aspects of our lives including the passing of time. God and the other writers of the scriptures say that a day in God’s consciousness is like a thousand years in our human thought process. This being so presents me with an exciting vision of God (the being) moving through space and time like a time traveler in a science fiction movie. I love flying small airplanes and so I imagine that Captain God has the perfect aircraft moving at the speed of light or even faster.
